Bio
Izzy Betts is a 21-year-old training at Leeds Conservatoire on the BA Actor-Musician course. During her time at the Conservatoire, Izzy has participated in multiple projects, including making her professional acting debut as an Understudy and Policeman in CAST Theatre Doncaster’s 2021 Pantomime Aladdin, directed by Madeleine O’Riley. In her graduating year, Izzy will be playing Olivia in Twelfth Night, directed by Alex Ferris and joining the Ensemble /Band in The Coup Coup Club, directed by Erin Carter and Elvi Piper. Izzy’s many musical talents include singer-song writing, classical violin (Grade 7), Bass Guitar and Piano. Izzy also writes, most recently composing and performing Period the Musical at Leeds Playhouse as part of their new work development scheme.
