If you're a full-time home undergraduate student and have applied for a Student Loan to cover the full cost of your fees, the payment will be paid directly to Leeds Conservatoire. Find out more at Undergraduate Fees and Funding
If confirmation of your student finance funding is not received, payments are not made or funding is withdrawn, you will be responsible for the payment of any outstanding fees in full.
When you receive your offer letter, it will include the following applicant information:
- How much your tuition fees will be including any scholarship fee waiver
- Student ID number – required for online payments
Note: International students are required to pay the fee in full at or before registration - see International Applicants Tuition Fees
If you are personally liable for the whole or part of your fees, you will need to pay in full or the first instalment before or at registration – see below for instalment dates. There are a number of different options available to pay your tuition.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via our online payments system in GBP.
In order to make a payment, you will require your Leeds Conservatoire student number (which can be found on your offer letter), your date of birth and the card you intend to pay with.
The conservatoire accepts payment in full or offers the option of a recurring card payment plan to pay in instalments at fixed dates during the academic year.

Payments can be made by bank transfer in GBP (Please be aware these payments can take between 3 to 10 working days to reflect on your account)
